These terms are an agreement between you and DeezCuts. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use DeezCuts.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use DeezCuts. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content stays yours

You own the songs, footage, photos and captions you bring to DeezCuts and the videos you make with it. To make your videos and posts, you give us permission to store, process and edit your content and to send it to the platforms you choose. That permission is only for running DeezCuts for you, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anything you've already posted.

You need the rights

Only upload songs, footage and images you own or have permission to use, and make sure everyone who appears in your footage is fine with being in it. Don't use DeezCuts to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Posting to other platforms

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook, DeezCuts posts there only when you tell it to, either right away or on a schedule you set. Each platform has its own rules, and you're responsible for following them. We aren't responsible if a platform changes its features, limits your account, or removes a post.

Subscriptions and the free trial

• DeezCuts offers paid plans, billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Without a plan, you can make and preview videos for one song, but you can't export or post them.

AI features

Some features, like captions and lyric timing, use AI. AI can get things wrong, so check captions and lyrics before you post them.

Changes to DeezCuts

We're always improving the app, so features may change, be added or be removed. If we change these terms in a significant way, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

Ending your use

You can stop using DeezCuts and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

DeezCuts is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or right for every purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, DeezCuts isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost views, lost income or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Apple

These terms are between you and DeezCuts, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and it has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
